Promptlogging collects personal and non-personally identifiable information through its API logging service. We receive your email address when you sign up for our service, so that we can send notifications about your product usage. If we are contacted by email, we will collect all the information included within and attached to the email. We use the information we collect to respond to your information requests and communicate with you.

Promptlogging also collects AI conversation logs (prompts and responses) that you send to us via our logging API solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. More specifically, we store your AI prompts, responses, and associated metadata (such as model config, latency, and costs) in Google Sheets under your control. We do not share this data with advertisers or external services for monetization. Your conversation logs remain your intellectual property.

Promptlogging's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google™ APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We take all necessary administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to safeguard and protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure, both during transmission and once we receive it. Although all useful precautions are taken by us, we cannot guarantee its absolute security as no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. When you enter sensitive information, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
